Repair or Partially Replace Wood Flooring in 98335
We needed to have 1board replaced in our hardwood floors. When the installer first came out he nailed the board down. We have extensive hardwood throughout our house and not a single nail in any of it. We were a little shocked that he would nail the board down rather than glue it. We called Brian, his boss and he went out of his way to call the original installer to find out the proper way to install the board. They came back the next day and replaced it properly. Thought the price was a little steep as we had the replacement board and it only took about 30-45 mins.This is the only reason I wouldn't recommend them. Too expensive

Very good experence. Professional and pleasant they did a good job and helped us through decisions on color and materials. They showed up on time and on the days they were scheduled. The workmanship was great.

Linda and Steve were extremely nice people to work with, very cordial and professional. They were prompt, left everything clean and tidy and overall, did a really great job of remodeling my master bath. I intend to hire them again next spring to update my kitchen. I miss seeing their cheery faces each morning.
