It took awhile before someone actually looked at the job but once he got started he found a effective solution to running cable jacks to our finished basement. Even when we had problems with Comcast he came to verify that it was nothing he had done and suggested a solution when our signal was too weak. All in all we are happy with the work.

Richard Bigelow installed an in-wall door intercom and remote unlock (door strike) system in a multi-floor apartment building. His initial call was quick, and he was on time for the estimate and everything thereafter.
Everything went according to expectations - on time, on budget, and the system works great. He and Troy were courteous, helpful and professional.
The intercom installation required the involvement of an electrician, a locksmith, and wall/sheetrock repairs - all were arranged by Bigelow, so the detailed and involved installation was a "one stop" shop.
I strongly recommend his service and won't hesitate to call again.
