Bill showed up on time, installed everything perfectly and also paint matched the speakers for us in the living room. The paint we supplied wasn't quite right so he took it upon himself to find the right paint and make a 2nd trip to ensure that we ended up with a great finished product. He went above and beyond the descripton of the job and the estiimate stayed the same. I've already referred NW Digital Media to a friend.

Very responsive. I called on July 4, a holiday, and the service was scheduled for the next day, a Saturday. The charge for the repair was at the rate quoted for a one-hour service call, $99.00, even though the hook-up actually took almost 3 hours. The man was very knowledgeable, polite and patient, answered all my questions, and got the job done. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.

It took awhile before someone actually looked at the job but once he got started he found a effective solution to running cable jacks to our finished basement. Even when we had problems with Comcast he came to verify that it was nothing he had done and suggested a solution when our signal was too weak. All in all we are happy with the work.
