Repair or Service a Heat Pump in 98042

Serviceman was very knowledgeable; polite; not wanting to sell me a new product; showed me a few things (actually spent about 1/2 hour looking things over; then, because of my concern; he said that it would be better to look at it in the summer (so the freon could be balanced properly). He left; no charge. I've already recommended him to my neighbor when I reschedule him in the summer.

Bruce called right away, and helped with my concerns over the phone. He went the extra mile to call the Trane company rep, and found someone closer. He was very helpful, and actually saved me from having to have someone to come out. I would highly recommend him.

Repair Natural Gas, Propane or Electric Furnace / Forced Air Heating System in 98058

I was very impressed with the technicians professionalism and honesty. After he discovered the issue with my furnase was just a loose wire in my power panel he tightened the wire down and tested the system. After we were satisfied that the problem was resolved he advised us on what needs to be done in the future to maintain or replace, if we wished, the furnace. He left without charging us anything and only asked that we tell are friends about him. I certainly will and when it is time to replace the furnace we will call on him for sure.
