What started as a simple project - pressure cleaning and re-staining our deck - grew when I showed the contractor a portion of our exterior siding that was soot-stained - long story. The additional work was quoted, the price for the entire package seemed fair, and a contract was signed. The work proceeded smoothly and a few little extra touches were added that I appreciated. I was very pleased with the overall quality. Some additional work was added at the end - some roof repair - and without a contract, it seemed to come out a little more pricey than I would have expected. Communication was clear and timely. Good overall experience.
