Five star rating, no problem. This very pleasent young man arrived within the time window, assessed the problem and immediately started to work. As he was working, he explaned the necessary processes for repairing the problem and when he finished, in about 1/2 hour, he cleaned up and presented me with the bill, which was exactly the amount quoted an the 'phone.
Very pleased with his pleasentness and professional maner.

These guys were very quick to get on the job (next day) and were very reasonably priced. At first, I just wanted to replace my torsion spring that had come away from the header, but it was very inexpensive for the opener install. I had already purchased the opener, so I just had them put that in. Jeff did an awesome job. Turns out my 10 ft. tall, heavy gauge steel door was old and obsolete and just plain tough to get to agree with an opener, but Jeff put in the time and expertise to get it done. Instead of just saying they couldn't do it, he found a way to get it working. It's daily been running smoothly for a week and a half. Andy, Tacoma
