Our old, wood garage door broke in two and we needed a quick replacement. We were able to get several bids the same day, but the price and quality from Doorman made our decision easy. Their technician showed up the next day - a Saturday - and even with having to completely revise the configuration finished by the afternoon. Thomas James is a careful craftsman and seems to actually enjoy a challenging assignment - and this was very. His experience and attention to detail made it look simple, but I'm sure this project would have been beyond most garage door companies' capabilities. Serendipity and Thomas provided us with a great door.

Joel was on the telephone to answer my inquiry almost before I completed the Servicemagic form. They were not on time and had schedule maybe too many calls that day. However, the technician was friendly and helpful. I am pleased with the new garage door opener. I could of had the opener fixed, but was old so I decided on a new opener. I therefore did not get any other quotes on a new opener, so I cannot comment on a price comparison for their service.
