The installer called me on the way to confirm, and upon getting to my house was very courteous. He was a little younger then I expected but he seemed to know his stuff. He explained everything to my wife and I very well. The work was quick and efficiant. Before leaving he also made sure I had everything I need to connect my stove when it is delivered. Overall it was a great experience.

They arrived at time agreed upon but since they did not come to see what was required, they did not have the correct material to do the job. They had to leave to get the correct material and several hours was lost because of this. It was close to their quit time when they finished the installation and left without bleeding the air out of the fuel line, which I think was less than professional on their part. Also, the change in material caused the finished cost to be higher than quoted.
