Homeowner: Cathy M.
Project: Repair Drywall
City: Tacoma, WA
Craig kept me informed of his investigation and findings related to my window leaks, showing me the leak points and faulty installation and answered all questions I had. After 8 hours of analyzing and testing by Craig and his helper, it was determined the problem was caused by poor caulking and window installation. The investigation also determined our LP siding was deterioriating. Dr. Roof performed temporary caulking and applied window trim (to increase the life of the caulk job) and I now start looking for professionals to replace my siding.

Tacoma City Facts
The US Census of 2000 determined that the homeownership rate in Tacoma is 54.7%.
Tacoma is a major international deep-water container port.
Beginning in the 1930s, Tacoma was for a time known in the Puget Sound region for its malodorousness, due to the "Aroma of Tacoma" -- a distinctive, acrid odor produced by local paper manufacturing. In the late 1990s, however, Simpson Tacoma Kraft reduced total sulfur emissions by 90%, largely eliminating the problem.
