I did not actually hire Gary but would if I needed to. He called to talk about the job and gave me a good quote, then told me how to troubleshoot the problem and explained how he could help. Very nice and helpful. It was obvious that he knew what he was talking about! I was able to finish the job myself, but if I had not, I would have called Gary back. I will definitely call him for future jobs.

• Tacoma was named after Mount Rainier, whose original name was Mount Tahoma, which derived from the Puyallup tacobet, or "mother of waters."
• Tacoma is the home of such international companies as Labor Ready, Inc. and the Russell Investment Group, as well as institutions of higher learning, including  Pacific Lutheran University,  University of Puget Sound,  Tacoma Community College, and the University of Washington's Tacoma campus.
• Tacoma was officially incorporated on November 12, 1875. Its early hopes to live to be the "City of Destiny" were frustrated in the late 19th century, when the discovery of gold in the Klondike turned Seattle into a boom town, eclipsing Tacoma's early lead.
