| Project: Repair Drywall |
| City: Tacoma, WA |
| Craig kept me informed of his investigation and findings related to my window leaks, showing me the leak points and faulty installation and answered all questions I had. After 8 hours of analyzing and testing by Craig and his helper, it was determined the problem was caused by poor caulking and window installation. The investigation also determined our LP siding was deterioriating.
Dr. Roof performed temporary caulking and applied window trim (to increase the life of the caulk job) and I now start looking for professionals to replace my siding.

| Craig, was awesome. He worked with time schedule, and got the job with in two days. The drywall work looked like new, I couldn't even tell where the damage was. |

Tacoma was named after Mount Rainier, whose original name was Mount Tahoma, which derived from the Puyallup tacobet, or "mother of waters."
|
| • |
Tacoma is the home of such international companies as Labor Ready, Inc. and the Russell Investment Group, as well as institutions of higher learning, including Pacific Lutheran University, University of Puget Sound, Tacoma Community College, and the University of Washington's Tacoma campus.

The town was originally settled by pioneer and postmaster Job Carr, a Civil War veteran and land speculator who hoped to profit from the selection of Commencement Bay as the terminus of the Transcontinental Railroad. (A replica of Job Carr's cabin, which also served as Tacoma's first post office, was erected in "Old Town" in 2000 near the original site.)
